I seek to “be here now”. This is a phrase my mom continuously ingrained in my head. She believed in capturing the essence of life through meaningful moments and it is (in my opinion) the best way to live a life.

I grew up in the serene embrace of the Northwoods of Wisconsin on a lake, and it ignited my lifelong love affair with nature. There is nothing that makes me feel more alive than the sensation of weightlessness and the rhythmic stroke of my body cutting through water. When I’m not exploring a wooded trail or immersing in a lake, you can find me deep in my stained glass artistry. The past few years I’ve fully invested in my business, Tiny Glass Co. I’ve always had a deep compulsion for creativity and have dabbled into everything from sewing and knitting to watercolor, but the exquisite beauty of glass and the intricate process of creating suncatchers stole my heart. It’s my favorite way to spend a day being completely present. I’m an inquisitor in life in my relationships, and I form deep and meaningful connections with people. I am fiercely committed to staying true to myself and those I hold dear.

Beyond that, the pulse of live music, traveling to eat, a lush Pino Noir, fashion (especially a perfect fitting pair of jeans), art, vintage treasures, books, my dog and husband maintain the constant sources of joy in my life. Is there anything more perfect than a fresh loaf of warm bread with homemade butter? I’ll take a sharp cheddar too, because Wisconsin.
